摘要
目的比较放疗联合鸦胆子油乳与单纯放疗在非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者中的疗效。方法回顾性分析2006年7月至2009年8月期间于笔者所在医院治疗的非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者39例，放疗联合鸦胆子油乳组19例，单纯放疗组20例。比较两组患者的有效率及肿瘤进展时间（TTP）。结果两组有效率无明显差异，但放疗联合鸦胆子油乳组TTP明显延长（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论鸦胆子油乳注射液在非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者中有一定的疗效。
Objective To compare the efficacy between Fructus bruceae emulsion combined radiotherapy group and radiotherapy group in non - small cell lung cancer （ NSCLC ） patients with brain metastases. Methods Clinical data of 39 NSCLC patients with brain metastases were analyzed. Of the 39 patients, 19 were treated with Fructus bruceae emulsion injection combined with radiotherapy, 20 were treated with radiotherapy only. Compare the remission rate and TTP between two groups. Results The difference of remission rate between two groups has no statistic significance,while the difference of TTP was significantly （ P = 0. 032 ）. Conclusion The Fructus bruceae emulsion has good effect in in non - small cell lung cancer patients with brain metastases.
