Analysis of issues about China’s large-scale wind power development

摘要 过去10多年里,全球风力发电得到了前所未有的重视和发展。我国的风力发电事业近几年来也发展迅速,并且将在未来一段时间内一直保持快速发展的态势。对比欧美与我国风电发展的不同,分析我国风电大规模开发的特点,即远距离、大容量、规模化开发模式,深入探讨我国风电发展过程中应注意的问题。为实现我国风电的健康、持续发展,建议加强风资源基础数据调研工作,加快电网发展,重视风功率预测技术的研发和使用,注重优化电源结构,提高灵活电源所占比例。 Around the globe, wind energy has experienced a period of astonishingly rapid development in the past decade, to which much importance has been attached. So has China' s wind energy developed in recent years. And this tendency will definitely remain the same in China in the future. The wind power developments of U.S., Europe and China were compared and an understanding of the characteristics of China's large-scale wind power development was provided, i.e. the large amount of wind power has to be delivered in the large-scale, concentrated mode with large capacity and long-distance transfer. Then, an in-depth analysis of the issues was presented concerning the healthy and sustainable development of China' s large-scale wind energy. In China, much importance should be attached to the work related to the basic data of wind resources. Also, to China' s wind power development as follows: the factors are indispensable speeding-up grid constrnction, the development and implementation of wind power forecasting technology and increasing the proportion of flexible generation sources for the optimization of generation mix.
