摘要
突发性环境污染事故虽然出现频率小,但危害极大,是威胁人类健康、破坏生态环境的重要因素。对于突发性污染事故的应急监测和处置,必须做到及时、快速、简便、准确。在某次苯泄漏事故的应急监测中,采用先进的傅里叶红外便携式气体分析仪监测环境空气质量,采用便携式气相色谱仪监测水质,结果表明,便捷、高效的监测仪器为此次污染事故的成功处置提供了技术支持,为以后类似突发污染事故的应急监测提供了参考。
Sudden environmental pollution accident frequency while a small, but extremely harmful , sudden environmental pollution accident is a threat to human health, damage to the environment an important factor in restricting the harm the ecological balance and economic and soeial development. The unexpected deal with pollution incidents, must be timely, fast, easy, accu- rate, and can eftectively deal with and control of pollution incidents, and thus only the use of monitoring equipment will be able to meet the demand for emergency monitoring. The author of henzene spill in a traffic accident as a case, the scene of the accident u- sing advanced portable FTIR gas analyzer to monitor the ambient air quality, portable gas chromatograph to monitor the water quality of quality, convenient, efficient and reliable instrument for the pollution monitoring successfully dealt with the accident to provide a scientific basis, summed up the experience to deal with the accident after a similar deal with emergencies provide a reference to pol- lution incidents.
