摘要
瓦斯爆炸是威胁煤矿安全开采的重大灾害之一.实验室进行管道模拟瓦斯爆炸实验是研究瓦斯爆炸特性的有效方法.针对瓦斯爆炸实验进行之前实验气体载气过程中出现的载气时间不明确,载气量模糊等问题,使用压差流量计算方法建立相关数学模型,并利用计算机编程语言Visual Basic进行计算机编程实现迭代计算.通过计算发现载气过程相当短暂,并且载气过程中管道内的压力增加与载气时间呈二次方关系.
Gas explosion is the main disaster which threatens coal-mine safety production. Gas explosion experiment in pipe is designed to learn explosion process. Because of gas-loading time and quantity inaccuracy before explosion experiment, pressure-difference quantity method was used to build math model and program was designed in VISUAL BASIC to calculate the process. After calculation and related analysis, it showed that gas-loading process is very short and square relation is found between gas pressure increasing in pipe and gas-loading time.
