摘要
作为最早将战略规划引入高等教育领域的国家,美国的高等教育发展战略应时而起,顺时而动,无论从宏观还是从微观上,都产生了很大的积极影响。我国民办高校转型发展,制定内涵式发展战略可以从国外高等教育发展战略中得到有益的借鉴。
As the country that first introduced the strategic plan into the higher education field, the higher edu- cation developing strategy of USA started at the proper time, which produced very big active effect whether from the macro or the micro view. For the transforming form development, our country＇ s civilian-run colleges and universi- ties, while setting up the connotative developing strategy, can obtain the beneficial experience from the developing strategy of the foreign country＇ s higher education.
