摘要
目的探讨眉睑区皮肤缺损的皮瓣修复。方法对16例眉睑区良恶性体表肿瘤进行根治性切除，根据皮肤缺损的大小设计位于缺损邻近的一侧或两侧皮瓣，利用皮下组织蒂滑行推进修复。结果16例皮下蒂皮瓣全部成活，切口愈合良好。术后0．5～1年随访8例，病变无复发，眉睑外形满意。结论眉睑区皮肤缺损应用皮下蒂滑行推进皮瓣修复，手术简便易行，皮瓣血供丰富，术后瘢痕不明显，符合美学要求。
Aim To explore the repairing methods for surface tumor defect in orbital region after operation. Methods Subcutaneous pedicle flaps have been used to repair skin defects due to excision of the facial lesion in 16 patients. According to the shape of the lesion ,single or double central subcutaneous pedicle advanced flap was designed to repair the defect in orbital region. The width of flap was shorter than the diameter of the defect, or equal to it. The length of flap was from 1.5 to 2.0 times as long as the diameter of the defect. Results After operation, all flaps survived with primary healing, with satisfactory cosmetic results. Eight cases was followed up from half or one year. None lesion was recured in all patients. Conclusions This method is simple and excellent for repairing the defect in orbital region. The flap is flexible for transfer and it is abundant in blood supply. The incision scars are less formative according with aesthetics.
