摘要
γ-TiAl金属间化合物是一种新型轻质的高温结构材料,是当代航空航天工业、民用工业等领域的优秀候选高温结构材料之一,具有重要的工程化应用潜力。介绍了γ-TiAl基金属间化合物的发展过程,以及成分-组织-性能-制备关系,产业化和应用状况。特别指出,北京科技大学发展的高Nb-TiAl金属间化合物为国内外TiAl基金属间化合物发展的重点方向。最后总结了TiAl基金属间化合物的国家需求和发展趋势。
γ-TiAl alloys belong to the group of most promising novel light-weight structural materials for use in aerospace and automotive applications. The development process of conventional TiA1 intermetallic compound was introduced, and the relations among composition, microstructure, properties and fabrication, industrialization and application were reviewed. It was shown that the high Nb containing TiAl alloys, developed by University of Science and Technology Bei- jing, are the vital developing direction for TiAl alloys. Finally, the national needs and development trend for TiAl alloys were summarized.
