摘要
近年来,国内多所高校不断传出学术丑闻。高校缘何学术风气日益浮躁,学术不端行为激增?有专家分析后指出,其根源在于当前高校过于量化的科研评价体系与管理机制,以及在实施过程中存在诸多问题,如何改进这种科研考核评价机制已成为高校管理工作者亟待解决的问题。
In recent years, many academic scandals occurred in some universities, and academic misconduct increased sharply. Some experts point out that the cause lies in the scientific research evaluation system which lays too much emphasis on quantitative standards and the problems in implementing process. How to improve scientific research evaluation system is the most urgent problem that we should solve.
