摘要
对采用二种不同制备工艺获得的(Hg,Pb)Ba2Ca2Cu3O8+δ超导材料进行溅射中性粒子质谱仪(SNMS)和俄歇电子能谱仪(AES)表面分析,证实了汞系超导化合物材料的生成反应为汽相与固相之间的反应。
The surface analysis of superconductors (Hg,Pb)Ba 2Ca 2Cu 3O 8+δ that were formed by different processes has been made with SNMS and AES techniques. The experimental results proved that the generating reaction of these samples occured between vapour and solid phase.
