摘要
目的了解北京、天津、上海三地社区老年人的健康状况及临终关怀服务需求。方法于2008年6—9月对京、津、沪三地社区1180名老年人的健康状况及临终关怀服务需求进行统一的问卷调查,问卷内容主要包括老年人的年龄、性别、受教育程度、自报慢性病情况、自我评价健康状况及护理与临终关怀服务需求等。结果964人自报患有慢性病,患病率为81.7%;527人(44.7%)自我评价健康状况差;有439人(37.2%)生活不能自理;620人(52.5%)生活不能自理后选择护理机构;34.1%的老年人了解临终关怀知识;如患晚期恶性肿瘤后有48.8%的老年人选择积极治疗;38.0%的老年人选择社区卫生服务机构作为临终关怀场所。结论社区老年人慢性病患病率高,护理照料需求大,应加强社区护理与临终关怀服务。
Objective To investigate the health condition of the elders and their need of hospice in Beijing,Tianjing and Shanghai.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 180 elders in Beijing,Tianjing and Shanghai from June to September 2008,including age,gender,education level,self-reported chronic diseases,self-evaluated health condition and need of nursing and hospice care.Results Some 964 （81.7%） reported that they had chronic disease;527（44.7%） evaluated their poor health condition;439（37.2%） could not care of themselves;620（52.5%） chose nursing service organizations after failure to care of themselves.Some 34.1% of the elders knew the information of hospice care;48.8% chose actively selected treatment after they had a malignant tumor;38.0% chose community health service center for their hospice care.Conclusion The community elders have higher incidence of chronic diseases,nursing care demand is large.So the community nursing and hospice care should be strengthened.
