摘要
在解释政府信息化、政府信息公开、政府信息资源与政府信息资源公共获取等概念的基础上,介绍了我国政府信息资源公共获取的现状,并对政府信息化与政府信息资源公共获取、政府信息公开与政府信息资源公共获取的关系进行了探讨。
This paper expounds the concepts of government informatization, government information disclosure,government information resources and the public access to government information resources, introduces the present situation of our country＇s public access to government information resources, and probes into the relationship between government informatization and the public access to government information resources and between government information disclosure and the public access to government information resources.
