摘要
智能变电站是变电站自动化技术发展的延伸,是信息采集、传输、处理、输出过程完全实现数字化的变电站。描述了智能变电站建设技术特征,从智能化一次设备、网络化二次设备、IEC61850标准通信网络、信息交互的差异、投资成本的优化等主要方面分析了智能变电站技术优势,探讨在满足安全稳定、可靠、经济运行条件下,智能变电站发展的前景。文中介绍了全光纤电流互感器独特的技术特性,尤其是IEC61850标准通信规约在电力行业中的实现,为不同制造商之间产品的互相通信奠定了基础。
Smart substation is an extension of the development of substation automation technology.And it is also a completely digital substation with process of information collection,transmission,proccessing and output.This paper is mainly describes the technical characteristics of intelligent substation construction,analyzes advantages of intelligent substation technics from major aspects of intelligent primary equipment,network secondary equipment,IEC61850 standard communication network,differences in information exchange,and discusses the development prospects of intelligent substation in meeting operation conditions of security,stability,reliability,and economy.This paper introduces unique technical characteristics of an all-optical current transformer,especially the IEC61850 standard communication protocol in the power industry,the realization of products of different manufacturers to lay the foundation for mutual communication.
