摘要
目的：研究耳廓皮肤神经支配及其与耳穴分布的对应关系。方法：用体视显微镜对１０例成人固定尸体耳廓标本进行追踪观察。结果：耳甲部和外耳道口后缘及下缘皮肤由面神经、舌咽神经和迷走神经支配；耳屏、外耳道口之前缘及上缘、耳轮脚和耳轮及耳舟之前部皮肤由耳颞神经支配；耳垂、耳轮及耳舟之后部和对耳轮皮肤由耳大神经支配；耳廓及耳舟之上部皮肤由枕小神经支配。结论：内脏代表区由面神经、舌咽神经和迷走神经支配，而躯体代表区则由耳颞神经、耳大神经和枕小神经支配。
Objective:The aim of this observation was to study the nervous distribution of the auricle and its responding relation to the orientation of the ear points.Method:The external ears of 10 adult cadavers were observed with stereoscopy.Results:The facial nerve,glossopharyngeal nerve and vagus nerve give out the auricular branches to the auricular concha and the posterior-inferior portion of the opening of the external acoustic meatus.The auriculotemporal nerve gives out the auricular branches to the tragus,the anterior-superior portion of the opening of the external acoustic meatus,the crus of helix and the anterior portion of the helix and scapha.The great auricular nerve gives out branches to the auricular lobule,the posterior portion of the helix and scapha and the anthelix.The lesser occipital nerve gives out the auricular branches to the superior portion of the helix and scapha.Conclusions:The facial,glossopharyngeal and vagus nerves gives out the branches to the region presenting the viscera;the auriculotemporal,great auricular and lesser occipital nerves provided the branches to the region presenting the soma.
