General Failure Mode of Coating and Cathodic Protection System for Field Pipeline

摘要 结合工程实际,描述了油气输送管道涂层及阴极保护系统常见的失效模式和成因,以及发生涂层失效的管道位置;对涂层失效导致阴极屏蔽和发生在近中性环境下的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)问题进行了讨论。 Combined with the engineering condition, the general failure mode and failure mechanism of coating and cathodic protection system for the oil & gas transmission pipeline as well as the axial position in the pipe where coating deteriorates frequently are analyzed. The cathodic shielding and stress corrosion cracking in the near neutral environment caused by coating deterioration are discussed.
