摘要 为研究20/316L复合管拉拔成形过程,给出拉拔成形时轴向应力和径向应力对成形区内金属流动的影响,运用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS/Explicit,对20/316L复合管拉拔过程进行仿真,得到了拉拔完成后稳定拉拔阶段的轴向应力、径向应力及等效塑性应变的分布,分析了拉拔全过程内外管之间残余接触压力的变化,以及稳定拉拔阶段拉拔力的分布规律。实验表明,经参数优化后的硬质合金拉拔模具的工作寿命是未优化前模具的6倍,并且得到了具有优良综合性能的内衬不锈钢复合管,该研究可节约分析时间,降低成本,又可为提高复合管质量、延长模具寿命提供参考。 In order to investigate the drawing forming process of 20/316L composite pipe and the influence of axial and radial stress during drawing on the metal flow in deformation zone, The drawing process of 20/316L composite pipe was simulated with the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS/Explicit. Distribution of the axial stress, radial stress and the equivalent plastic strain are obtained. The residual contact pressure of the inner and outer pipe, and the distribution of the drawing force in the stable drawing stage were analyzed. The life of drawing die increased 6 times than the life under non-optimized parameters and liner of stainless steel composite pipe possessing excellent synthetic properties was made. The simulated results can reduce the calculating time and cost greatly and also provide a reference for improving the quality of drawing composite pipe and prolonging the lifetime of drawing die.
