摘要
目的探讨人β防御素-2(hBD-2)在抗唾液支原体中的作用。方法用唾液支原体感染牙龈上皮细胞HGEC,RT-PCR检测hBD-2的表达情况;将培养的唾液支原体中加入不同浓度的hBD-2,检测其生长情况。结果唾液支原体能诱导HGEC表达hBD-2,且hBD-2能明显抑制唾液支原体的生长。结论hBD-2可能在抗唾液支原体感染过程中起关键作用。
Objective This study was designated to investigate the antibacterial activity of human β -defensin-2(hBD-2) to Mycoplasma salivarium. Methods Gingival epithelium cells (HGEC) were infected with M. salivarium, expression of hBD-2 was detected by RT-PCR; Cultured M. salivarium cells were incubated with hBD-2 for various times, the antibacterial activity was assessed. Results M.salivarium could induce HGEC expression of hBD-2, and hBD-2 could inhibit M. salivarium grouth. Conclusion hBD-2 might play important roles after M.salivarium infection
