摘要
在构建和谐社会的进程中,农民工社会保障问题日益突出。解决农民工的社会保障特别是养老保障问题,有利于维护社会的公平正义和保持社会的和谐稳定。本研究基于浙江省奉化市的实地调查,运用Logistic模型对影响农民工参保意愿的主要因素进行分析,结果表明受教育程度越高、打工年限越长、留在城市的意愿越强烈、对自身的安全保障越担心、对城镇养老保险越信任和对当地的农民工养老保险政策越了解的农民工参与城镇养老保险的意愿越强烈,而年龄较大的农民工参与城镇养老保险的意愿相对较弱。
In the process of constructing harmonious society, the problem of farmer workers＇ social security is increasingly sharp. It is very important to resolve this problem, especially the problem of farmer workers＇ pension security, because it helps to maintain the social equality and justice and to build up a harmonious and stable society. Based on the investigation of Fenghua city in Zhejiang province, using Logistic model, the paper analyzes the major factors influencing farmer workers＇ willingness to participate in urban pension insurance. The results show that the farmer workers with higher education, working in a city for longer time, having a strong desire to stay in the city, worrying much about their own pension security, having a trust in urban pension insurance, or knowing more about the policy of the local farmer workers＇ pension insurance have a positive attitude towards participation in urban pension insurance, but older farmer workers＇ willingness to participate is relatively weaker.
