摘要
教师发展问题是当代我国教师教育体系建构的原生动力,每一种教师教育形态的产生都是对该问题的一种创造性解决方案。在当代,那种单靠"师范教育+教师培训"的教师教育模式已显得力不从心,实现教师教育"三化",构建一种多元化教师教育形态已成为我国教师教育改革的主题。面向未来,我国教师教育改革的基本走向是:着力创建一种服务型、现代化、高品质、互动式的教师教育。
Teacher Development is the native driving force education system, and the emergence of every form of teacher in the construction of China's contemporary teacher education is a creative solution to the problem. In modem times, the teacher education model that relies solely on "teacher education + teacher training" has appeared to be inadequate and to build a diversified form of teacher education has become the subject of China's reform of teacher education. The basic trend of China's teacher education reform should be: striving to create a service-oriented, modem, high-quality, and interactive teacher education.
