摘要
将DS18B20获得的温度信号传送给TA89S52,利用模糊控制理论,将控制信号传送给AD421,以控制相应的电磁阀工作,实现对啤酒巴氏灭菌机的温度控制。试验结果表明,该控制系统结构简单,控制高效,并能较好地克服温度对象的纯滞后特性,控制响应时间短、超调小,可获得比传统的控制方法较好的控制效果。
The temperature signal by DS18t320 is transmitted to TA89S52,then the control signal by fuzzy control theory is transmitted to AD421 to control the corresponding solenoid valve work, so that the beer pasteurization machine's temperature can be controlled. The test result indicated that this control system's structure is simple, the control is highly effective, and the temperature object's pure time delay characteristic can be well overcome. The control response time is shorter, the over modulation is smaller, and better control effects can be obtained than traditional control method.
