渤西油田污水回注储层损害评价研究及化学保护措施 被引量:5

摘要 在储层特征分析和污水水质评价的基础上,开展了渤西油田污水回注的室内评价研究。通过计算机预测、静态结垢实验和动态结垢实验对污水与地层水相容性进行了研究,结果表明污水与地层水都存在不同程度的结垢。污水与储层岩石配伍性实验结果表明,污水对储层渗透率存在一定的损害。损害的机理可归结为水敏、固相颗粒堵塞等。进行储层保护的化学方法研究,通过室内评价实验,优选了黏土稳定剂和防垢剂,并推荐了加药浓度。 Laboratory experiment has been made for the reinjection of produced-water in Boxi oilfield based on reservoir characteristic analysis and produced water quality evaluation. According to software prediction and static and dynamic scaling test on mixture of produced-water and formation water, compatibility of produced-water and formation water was studied, and the results showed scaling occurred in both of them. Core flow test was conducted by simulating reservoir condition, the permeability of formation decreased after the reinjection of produced-water. The main causes are water sensitivity and solid plugging. The chemical method has been studied to protect from formation damage and clay stabilizer and scale inhibitor have been chose by lab test.
