摘要
通过对明代医家缪希雍临证治疗内伤杂病用药组方的用药范围、药性构成、功能构成等进行分析,知其治疗内伤杂病的遣药组方特点为:求真务实,养阴为先;重视脾胃,见解独特;甘寒清润,颇具特色;杂病养阴,多化裁于集灵方。
Through analyzing the scope of clinical administration, composition of drug property and the function composition of the prescriptions by doctor Miao Xiyong of the Ming Dynasty in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases by internal damage, the author discovered Miao＇ s prescription features in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases by internal damage ： being realistic with nourish-ing yin at the first place ; paying attention to the spleen and stomach with unique view; having features of using drugs sweet, cold, clearing and moistening; nourishing yin and collecting proved prescriptions with proper changes in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases.
