摘要
目的:研究白细胞(WBC)参与缺血再准流肾损伤的作用高峰时间。方法:将24只家兔随机分为对照、缺血再灌流2小时(IR-2小时)和缺血再灌流24小时(IR-24小时)三组,分别观察血中白细胞(WhC)和过氧化脂质(LPO)含量、左肾系数(LRC)和肾超微结构的改变。结呆:IR-2小时组同对照组比较,WBC和LPO含量明显升高,LRC明显增大(P<0.05),且WBC与LPO、LRC之间均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。IR-24小时组在24小时时,WBC与LPO之间仍呈显著正相关(P<0.05),但WBC与LRC之间无相关关系,同IR-2小时时比较,WBC和LPO含量明显下降(P<0.05);同对照组比较,LRC明显增大(P<0.05)。IR-2小时和IR-24小时组肾组织超微结构改变一致,肾小球和肾小管均发生明显的变性、坏死。结论:白细胞参与肾损伤,其作用的高峰期在再灌流2小时左右。
To study the effect-time relationship of WBC in renal acute ischemia- eperfu-tion injury. Methods: 24 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: the control (n=8) 2h ofreperfusion(IR-2h, n = 6) and 24h of repeffosion(IR-24h, n =10)after 1h of renal ischemia. The bloodWBC count and lipid peroxide(LPO) control, changes in left renal coefficient and the ultrastructure ofrenal tissue were observed. Results: WBC and LPO puls LRC increased markedly in IR-2h group com-pared with that of control group(P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between WBC and LRC be-sides WBC and LPO in IR-2h group(P < 0.05); A positive correlation was also observed betweenWBC and LPO(P < 0. 05), however, no correlation between WBC and LRC at 24th hour in IR-24hgroup. The count of WBC and content of LPO at 24th hour of IR- 24h group decreased significantly, butthe LRC at 24th hour of IR- 24h group increased considerably compared with that of control group. Theglomerular and tubular degeneration and necrosis occurred in IR-2h and IR- 24h groups. Conclusion:The results suggest that there is a time- effect relationship of WBC in renal injury, and the maximal effectexsists at about 2h after ischemia-reperfusion.
