摘要
[目的]研究青蒿(Artemisia apiacea Hance)的解热效果。[方法]对致热大白鼠设浓度10.0、5.0、2.5g/kg青蒿组、100mg/kg阿斯匹林组和生理盐水对照组,另设正常体温大白鼠给予浓度10g/kg青蒿组。[结果]青蒿水煎剂灌胃给药,对正常大白鼠的体温无明显影响,对皮下注射10%干酵母混悬液10ml/kg引起发热的大白鼠有明显的解热作用,并有明显的剂量关系。给药后1h体温开始下降。给药组大白鼠发热时程明显缩短。[结论]为进一步有效合理地利用青蒿提供科学依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the defervescence function of Artemisia apiacea Hance. [Method] 5 test groups were designed for rats induced fever,including 10.0,5.0,2.5 g/kg Artemisia apiacea Hance groups,100 mg/kg aspirin groups and control. And another groups was 10 g/kg Artemisia apiacea Hance to normal rats. [Result] The results showed that using water decoction of Artemisia apiacea Hance to pour stomach had no significant impact on body temperature of the normal rats,but had significantly antipyretic effects to the rats induced fever by subcutaneous injection of 10% dry yeast suspension 10 ml/kg,and had a significant dose relationship. The temperature of the rats induced fever started to drop after pouring stomach 1 h. The antipyretic time of rats used water decoction of Artemisia apiacea Hance was shortened significantly. [Conclusion] The study can provide the scientific basis for the deeply effective and suitable utilization of Artemisia apiacea Hance.
