摘要
[目的]筛选速效性好、防效高的防治柑橘木虱药剂。[方法]在柑橘园中采集柑橘木虱成虫,接种放养在柑橘木虱的寄主———芸香科植物九里香上,待繁殖到2~3代后进行喷药试验。[结果]供试6种农药中,农敌落515.00mg/kg对木虱速效性好、持效性长,药后1、3、7、15d的防效都达到100%,药后30d的防效仍达94.5%,杀卵作用强。氯氰·毒死蜱EC477.00mg/kg,甲维·氯·毒死蜱EC479.00mg/kg药后1d的防效都达100%,药后20、30d的防效显著低于农敌落515.00mg/kg;高效氟氯氰菊酯对柑橘木虱成虫防效高,16.67mg/kg药后1、3、7、15d防效都在95%以上。醚菊酯对木虱成虫具有较好速效性,但持效性差。烯啶虫胺AS100.00mg/kg对柑橘木虱的防效差,而且对温度敏感。[结论]氯氰·毒死蜱、甲维·氯·毒死蜱速效性较好,但持效性低于农敌落。高效氟氯氰菊酯防效也较高,醚菊酯有较好速效性,但持效性差。烯啶虫胺的防效差,生产上不宜用来防治柑橘木虱。51.5%增效农敌落对柑橘木虱的防治效果显著,可以很好的防治柑橘木虱。
[Objective]The propose was to screen a good quick result,anti-efficient prevention and treatment of citrus Psylla Pharmacy. [Methods]The test were collected in the citrus orchards of citrus psylla adult vaccination stocking the host in the citrus Psylla Rutaceae Murraya paniculata on until the breeding to two-three-generation experiment after spraying. [Results]The Beta-cypermethrin＋ Chlorpyrifos 515.00 mg/kg of six kinds of tested pesticids had quick result and long effect to Citrus Psylla after treating of 1,3,7,15 d,the control efficiency has reached 100%,control efficiency was still up to 94.5% after 30 d,it showed that this pesticides played a role in killing the eggs. Cypermethrin ＋Chlorpyrifos EC 477.00 mg/kg,Emamectin benzoate ＋ Cypermethrin ＋Chlorpyrifos EC 479.00 mg/kg after 1,3,7,15 d,control efficiency was up to 100%,but after treating 20 d or 30 d,it was significantly lower than Beta-cypermethrin＋ Chlorpyrifos 515.00 mg/kg. Beta-cyfluthrin had a high Controlling effect on citrus psylla,After treating of 1,3,7,15 d,the control efficiency of 16.67 mg/kg were all over 95%. Ethofenprox had good quick result to psyllid,but the holding is poor efficiency.Nitenpyram AS 100.00 mg/kg of citrus Psyllid effect of anti-poor,but also for temperature-sensitive. [Conclusion] Cypermethrin ＋Chlorpyrifos EC 477.00 mg/kg and Emamectin benzoate ＋ Cypermethrin ＋Chlorpyrifos EC 479.00 mg/kg quick result was better,but the effect was lower than. Nitenpyram AS 100.00 mg/kg of citrus Psyllid effect of anti-poor,production should not be used to control citrus psyllid.Beta-cypermethrin＋ Chlorpyrifos 515.00 mg/kg control effect of citrus Psylla significant,coud be very good to control citrus psylla.
