摘要
借鉴和谐管理理论,阐述了中国情境下的组织知识和谐管理理论及其基本体系,并对知识和谐管理的和谐主题进行了初步界定。在整合国内外既有知识管理理论有关知识应用过程研究的基础上,从和谐主题的确定依据、基本内涵、确定逻辑和主要内容等方面对知识和谐管理的四大和谐主题进行了科学的诠释。
The paper expounds the theory of harmonious management of organization knowledge（HMOK） and its basic system in the context of China,and makes a pilot study on the Hexie theme of HMOK.Based on the analyses and integration of the studies on knowledge process of existing KM theory in home and abroad,the paper makes a scientific annotation on the four Hexie themes of HMOK from the aspects of the confirming basis,essential connotation,confirming logic and main content of Hexie theme.
