摘要
根据克隆的花生油酸脱氢酶基因序列,选取高度保守的260 bp片段,插入植物双元表达载体pFGC1008中,构建完成具有反向重复序列的pFGC/2nd表达载体,利用RNAi以抑制内源目的基因表达,为获得高油酸亚油酸比值的花生种质奠定基础.
According to the sequence of oleate desaturase gene from peanut,the highly conservative sequence 260 bp was selected and cloned into the expression vector,pFGC1008,to generate reverse repeat of the anti-expression vector pFGC/2nd.The RNAi technique was used to inhibit the expression of oleate desaturase gene in peanut,in order to obtain transgenic lines with high oleic and linoleic acid ratio.
