基于3种点焊模拟方式的帽型梁碰撞特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 帽型梁作为一种非常普遍的结构形式运用于不锈钢点焊车辆当中。利用有限元软件Ansys/Ls-Dyna分析了同一速度下3种不同点焊模拟方式对帽型梁变形过程、吸能特性以及法向力变化的影响。通过仿真结果与试验结果的比较,发现在保持其他条件不变的前提下,3种不同点焊模拟方式均能较好地模拟双帽型梁的屈曲变形情况,变形过程、吸能特性以及法向力变化曲线基本一致,为不锈钢点焊的整车碰撞仿真中点焊的模拟方式提供了可行性参考。 As a very conventional structure style,hat beam has been using in spot-welding stainless steel vehicle.The effects of the processes of deformation,charaeteristic of energy absorption and variety of normal force were analyzed with Ansys / Ls-Dyna,under the same velocity of the three different spot-welding simulations.Through the comparison between simulation and experiment,when the other settings unchanged,all of three sport-welding simulations can simulate the bulking deformation of the double hat beam,and the curves of the process of deformation,characteristic of energy absorption and variety of normal force were also consistent.All of these can give a good feasibility reference to simulation of spot-welding stainless steel vehicle collision.
