摘要
针对煤矿井下进行磨料水射流切割的安全性问题,基于能量原理,建立了前混合式磨料水射流切割一定深度时的剩余能量方程。通过计算其剩余能量,可得到使被切割物料碎片产生温升的能量,进而可以判断该切割技术是否会引起爆炸,从而验证其安全性,为磨料水射流切割技术在煤矿井下的应用提供了理论依据。
According to the safety problem of the water jet cutting for the abrasive material conducted in the underground mine, a residual energy equation was established for the pre - mixed abrasive water jet cutting at the certain cutting depth base on the energy principle. With the calculation on the residual energy, the energy of the temperature increased occurred from the material cutting could be obtained and thus the explosion to cause an explosion or not by the cutting technology could be judged. Therefore the safety of the technology could be certified and could provide the theoretical basis for the application of the abrasive water jet cutting technology to the underground mine.
