自主呼吸试验在有创通气撤离过程中的应用 被引量：6

摘要 自主呼吸试验（spontaneous breathing trial，SBT）是指在有创通气撤离过程中，对患者使用T管吸氧或低压力支持水平的自主呼吸模式，通过短时间的密切观察（30～120min），判断其自主呼吸能力是否恢复，以帮助医生决定是否脱机的一种技术。该技术在国外已有十几年临床应用的历史，
