摘要
对来自河津、伊泰及灵石的3种煤焦与CO2和水蒸气在气化反应中的反应特性及硫的析出特性进行了研究,并对气化硫析出的2种主要产物H2S和COS进行监测分析。结果表明:在CO2气氛和水蒸气气氛中3种煤焦的气化反应性由大到小依次为伊泰煤焦、灵石煤焦、河津煤焦,且随着气化温度的升高煤焦的气化反应性增加,同时由于水蒸气要比CO2气化反应产生活性位的数量多,使得煤焦的水蒸气气化反应性高于CO2气化反应性。在CO2气化过程中,由于生成的CO气体量多,煤焦中的硫大部分以COS的形式逸出到气相中,几乎没有H2S生成;而在水蒸气气化过程中,煤焦中的硫以H2S形式逸出到气相中,没有检测到COS的生成,这主要是因为在还原剂存在的条件下煤焦中各种形态的硫都可被还原为H2S。
A research on the gasification reaction characteristics and the sulfur released characteristics during the gasification of three different coal cokes from Hejin, Yitai and Lingshi regions with CO2 and steam as conducted. Measurements and analysis on the two main sulfurous products (H2S and COS) released from the gasified sulfur were conducted. The results showed that in the CO2 and steam gas, the gasification reaction degree of the three coal cokes from high to low would be the Yitai coal coke, Linshi coal coke and Hejin coal coke. With the gasification temperature increased, the gasification reaction of the high coal coke would be increased. Meanwhile, due to the steam gas reaction produced more activities than CO2 gas gasification, thus the steam gasification reaction of the coal coke would be higher than the CO2 gasification reaction. During the CO2 gasification process, due to more CO produced, the sulfur in the coal coke mostly would be released with a form of COS into air and there would be no HES produced. While in the steam gasification process, the sulfur in the coal coke would be released with a form of H2S into air and there was no COS produced. The reasons probably were that under the reducer existed condition, the different form sulfurs in the coal coke all could be reduced to H2S.
