新型捕蝇器及诱饵现场捕蝇效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较新型捕蝇器及诱饵的捕蝇效果,探讨蝇类监测标准化问题。方法在5种场所类型现场用L4(23)正交试验表安排实验,比较2种捕蝇器、2种诱饵的捕蝇效果。结果新型捕蝇器捕蝇数大于对照捕蝇器,新型捕蝇器的配套诱饵诱捕蝇数是糖醋诱饵的2倍多,但低于腐鱼酱诱饵的1/2,所有差异在统计学上具有极显著的意义。结论新型捕蝇器及诱饵捕蝇效果好,且有节能环保、美观等优点,适宜于多种环境捕蝇;其配套诱饵无异味,诱蝇效果介于糖醋和腐鱼之间,可用于蝇类监测。 Objective To compare the trap efficacy of new fly-trap and baits in the field, and explore the stand- ardization of fly surveillance. Methods The trap efficacy of different fly-traps and baits were determined by L4 ( 23 ) ortbogonal matrix table at five places. Results The number of fly trapped by new fly-trap was higher than that trapped by control fly-trap. The number of fly trapped by supporting baits of new fly-trap was two times of that trapped by sugar and vinegar baits, but it was half lower than that trapped by decaying fish. There was significant difference between them. Conclusion The new fly-trap and its supporting baits has good trap efficacy and can apply to the trap at different environment because of the characteristics of energy- saving, environmental protection and pleasing shape. The supporting baits have no ill-smelling and have good efficacy, which can be used to the surveillance of fly.
