摘要
为规范采用GOOSE跳闸技术的500kV数字化继电保护运行方式,给为调度及变电站现场运行人员提供数字化继电保护运行方面的帮助,研究基于IEC61850标准的500kV数字化继电保护运行方式。在与传统综合自动化变电站继电保护比较的基础上,针对双重化GOOSE组网模式的特点,提出数字化继电保护正常运行方式、GOOSE断链告警的初步判断方法、重合闸及开关失灵保护的运行注意事项、运行过程中继电保护装置及智能终端装置的故障处理方法等,并指出500kV、220kV相关第一二套保护不能交叉停役的特点。
The operating mode of 500 kV digital relay protection base on IEC 61850 was investigated in order to standard the operating mode of 500 kV digital relay protection using GOOSE and provide assistance of digital relay protection operation to scheduling staff and substation on-site operating personnel. Base on the comparison with relay protection in traditional substation and the characteristics of dual GOOSE networks, the normal operating mode of digital relay protection, the method for determining GOOSE link down alarms, the operating attentions of circuit reeloser and circuit breaker failure protection, and the faults treatment of relays and intelligent terminal units were proposed. The characteristics that 500 kV, 220 kV two sets of relays can not be cross stopped was also mentioned.
