摘要
基于IEC61850实现变电站的监控与保护系统方案是当前数字化变电站的研究热点。唐山郭家屯220kV数字化变电站监控/保护系统全面支持IEC61850标准,首次在220kV电压等级采用测控保护一体化和双重化配置,通过一个装置的不同功能插件完成监测、控制和保护功能。这一配置方式已通过实际投运数字化变电站检验,成为目前国家电网智能化变电站监控/保护系统设计中公认的推荐方案。
Implementation of substation automation and protection system based on IEC 61850 has become focus recent years. Tangshan Guojiatun 220 kV Substation automation and protection system supports IEC 61850 in maximum respects. Protection and measurement and control functions were incorporated into one device with separated card in Tangsban Guojiatun 220 kV Substation in both 220 kV especially. The above principle had been testified with Tangshan Guojiatun 220 kV Substation in service and had been accepted in common.
