摘要
综述了近年来高效液相色谱检测技术在乳品安全分析中应用的研究进展,这些应用包括对乳制品中的三聚氰胺、微生物及其毒素、农药残留、兽药残留、激素、食品添加剂等有毒有害物质的检测,并对该领域今后的发展趋势进行了展望。
The progresses on high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) technique for safety analysis of dairy products were reviewed, including detection of melamine, microorganism and its toxin, pesticide residues, animal medicine residues, hormone and food additives. The possible direction and related problems were discussed.
