摘要
结合自反洗过滤器在国产万吨级低温多效海水淡化设备中的应用,分析了自反洗过滤器设备的结构特点。该过滤器的设计较为特殊,可通过自控程序控制,实现自动不停车反洗与过滤。自投运以来,设备运转正常,在后续海水淡化设备的运行中,未发生过堵塞喷嘴以及换热管被冲刷腐蚀现象,保障了海水淡化设备的连续、稳定运行。
The structural features of the self-backwash filter have been described in the article combined with the application of the filter in the localized 12500t/d low temperature multi-effect distillation （LT-MED） equipment. The filter is specially designed which can be controlled automatically with a program and can automatically be hack-washed and filtrated without stop. The filter has operated normally since putting into production without any blocking up in the nozzle and washing-out against heat transfer tubes so as to ensure the seawater desalination equipment to work continuously and steadily.
