摘要
给水泵是锅炉发电机组中较重要的辅机之一,给水泵的可靠运行,直接关系到锅炉发电机组运行的稳定与安全。平衡装置作为给水泵的重要部件,因其精度要求高,如果在设计、装配、运行调整中处理不当,极易发生平衡装置被磨损的现象,磨损严重时,将影响给水泵的稳定运行。现以某汽动给水泵在运行中,屡次出现平衡装置被磨损的问题,分别从给水泵启动方式、运行方式、设计等方面分析磨损发生的原因,并提出相应的防护措施。对其他类似给水设备的选型及运行方式的优化也有一定的借鉴作用。
Feed-water pump is one of important auxiliary equipment in a boiler generation unit. Its reliable operation will have a direct bearing on the stable & safe operation of the power generating unit. As an important component, the balance device is easy to occur with the abrasion because of its requirement of high accuracy if the balance device fails in its design, assembly and operation, which will affect the stable operation of pump if its abrasion is serious. The reasons of abrasion on the balance device have been analyzed in the paper from the ways of start-over, operation and design of steam-driven pump and corresponding countermeasures have been put forward which is useful to the selection of similar feedwater equipment and optimization of operating way.
