摘要
目的研究高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定对节白蜡中秦皮甲素的含量。方法采用甲醇提取样品。固定相为HypersilC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水(25:75),流速1mL·min-1,紫外检测波长:336nm,柱温35℃。结果秦皮甲素在线性范围为2～10μg.mL-1,具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9997。平均回收率为100.19%,RSD=2.11%。结论该方法测定对节白蜡中秦皮甲素的含量,方法简便、快速、结果准确。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of aesculin in Fraxinus hupehensis.Methods Aesculin was extracted from Fraxinus hupehensis by methanol.The Hypersil ODS column（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）was employed as a stationary phase.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（25：75）,the flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 336 nm.Results The linear range was within 2-10 μg·mL^-1.The average recovery was 100.19%,and RSD was 2.11%.Conclusion The method is efficient and accurate with a good repeatability,and could be used for the determination of aesculin in Fraxinus hupehensis.
