摘要
目的了解宣城市临床用血现状。方法随机调查5家二甲医院2007-2008年住院输血病历800份,分析临床输血的合理性、各临床科室用血特点、“少量血”和“搭配血”输注状况。结果成分血中红细胞、血浆、血小板合理性输注比例不同,存在不合理的“少量血”和“搭配血”。结论内科系统对除血浆外的血液成分输注适应证掌握较好,而外科系统对输血指征的掌握欠佳。对血浆输注的随意性和习惯输注“搭配血”的现象,说明临床医师合理用血的观念不强,以及输注全血的陈旧观念依然存在。
Objective To investigate the clinical use of blood products status.Methods To randomly survey 800 hospital blood transfusion in 5 hospitals from 2007 to 2008 medical records of and analyze the rationality of clinical blood transfusion and the blood use characteristics of clinical departments.Results There existed some unreasonable proportion of RBC blood components,plasma,platelet transfusion in all the hospital surveyed,there were unreasonable ＂a small amount of blood＂ and ＂ the combined transfusion of RBC ＂.Conclusion Areasonable idea of blood use of clinician should be improved,and the stereotypes of whole blood transfusion still exist in some extent.
