信息技术应用于聋教育,推进了特殊教育信息化,对深化教育改革具有重大的意义。对聋生的生理、心理特点和语文的重要性进行了研究,并对聋校的软硬件环境和人力资源条件作了分析,旨在证明信息技术应用于聋校教学的时机已经成熟。
Applying information technology to listening disabled students' education to propel special education informationization is a great significance in advancing education reform.This article have done some researches on the importance of listening disabled students' physiology, psychology and lingustic ability.In the same time the writer has also done some analysises about the software-hardware and human resources of deaf school. All above we have done domonstrate the opportunity to apply information technology to deaf education is well proven.
