摘要
讨论了不同结构酚类在Cu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)金属络合物等和酶催化氧化为醌的过程中,如何增加反应的产率,以及催化剂的组成、作用等.
Cu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ) complex system and enzyme could be used to catalyze the oxidation of phenol or catachol to change into quinone.This paper reports the reaction is how to increase productivity, catalytic constitution etc and how to produce condition that urushiol is changed into urushiol quinone,simucations of laccase are much better than nature enzyme.
