摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2薄膜,并通过XRD对催化剂进行了表征,在自制反应器中对亚甲基蓝进行了光催化降解反应实验.结果表明:TiO2的晶型为锐钛矿型,粒子平均半径为32.9 nm;在亚甲基蓝的初始浓度较低的条件下,初始浓度对光催化的影响基本上符合一级反应动力学模型,起始浓度较大时(>1.171×10-4mol/L),实际反应为零级反应,pH值和紫外光光照强度对反应也有明显的影响.
The nanometer TiO2 thin film was prepared by sol-gel method,the structure and morphology of TiO2 thin film were characterized by XRD.Photocatalytic degradation experiments for methylene blue were carried out on the self-made photoreactor.The research shows that the crystal of TiO2 is anatase structure and the average particle diameter is 32.94 nm.The degradation rate of methylene blue follows the first-order reaction kinetics under low initial concentration conditions,while actual reaction conforms to zero-order reaction with higher initial concentration(1.171×10-4 mol/L).Reactions are also influenced by pH and UV light intensity obviously.
