宫腔镜联合曼月乐诊治子宫内膜息肉临床观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨宫腔镜联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(曼月乐)治疗及防止子宫内膜息肉复发的可行性。方法:观察68例经产妇、无生育要求的子宫内膜息肉患者在宫腔镜下刮除或电切除子宫内膜息肉后宫腔内放置曼月乐后的临床症状、B超测量子宫内膜的厚度及不良事件。结果:B超随访持续放置3个月~2年60例无1例复发,但合并精神病、神经质及较大子宫腺肌瘤的患者是中断治疗的主要不良事件。结论:宫腔镜下刮除或电切除子宫内膜息肉后宫腔内放置曼月乐是治疗子宫内膜息肉及防止息肉复发的有效方法。
