摘要
网络环境为高校图书馆的发展带来机遇的同时也带来了更大的挑战,用户越来越倾向于通过网络获得图书馆全面、周到、快捷的服务。在这个虚拟空间中,高校图书馆为用户提供的资源和服务的质量成为用户评价图书馆形象的两个重要因素。因此,高校图书馆应充分利用网络的优势提高本馆对资源的占有率,并通过网络服务保证用户对资源的获取率,从而树立良好的自身形象。
The web circumstance bring challenges to academic library while bring opportunities. More and more users are inclined to obtain all-around, circumspect and rapid service of library by web. In the visual space, the amount of resource and the quality of service provided for users become the two important factors for users to evaluate the library＇ s image. Consequently, the academic library should make the best advantage of web, possess more kinds of resource and ensure that the users can get the resource and service they want so as to set good image.
