摘要
目的探讨后囊破裂时一期后房型人工晶状体植入方法的选择。方法根据后囊破裂的位置和大小，对４３例（４３只眼）后囊破裂的病例采用不缝线固定，单独上襻固定和双襻固定３种方法一期植入后房型人工晶状体。结果人工晶状体植入成功率９７．７％。术后有３５只眼视力≥０．５，占８１．４％。并发症较少。结论绝大部分后囊破裂的病例，采用不缝线固定或单独上襻固定的方法一期植入后房型人工晶状体，可获得良好的人工晶状体定位。
ObjectiveTo discuss the selective techniques for posterior chamber IOL implantation in eyes with posterior capsule breaks.MethodsAccording to the position and size of the posterior capsule breaks,the posterior chamber IOLs were implanted in 43 cases(43 eyes) with posterior capsule breaks using the following three techniques:no suture fixation,single upper loop fixation and both loops fixation.ResultsThe success rate for IOLs implantation was 97.7%.After operation,the corrected visual acuity of 35 eyes was 0.5 or better(81.4%).Complications were rare.ConclusionThe IOL may be stable in position for most patients with posterior capsule breaks receiving posterior chamber IOL implantation without suture fixation or only upper loop fixation.
