摘要
目的探讨支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗肺癌的临床价值。方法对15例经支气管镜或肺穿刺活检确诊为肺癌的患者,采用seldinger技术穿刺股动脉,行选择性支气管动脉插管,然后注入化疗药物,复查观察肿瘤变化。结果15例患者中,完全缓解(CR)2例(13%),部分缓解(PR)8例(54%),稳定(SD)3例(20%),进展2例(13%)。咳嗽、胸痛、咯血、胸水等症状不同程度的缓解。结论支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗肺癌具有创伤小,效果确切等优点,是治疗肺癌的一种有价值的方法。
Objective To study the clinical value of bronchial artery infusion for treating lung cancer.Method Fifteen patients were treated who were diagnosed lung cancers by bronchoscope or puncturation.Catheter was selectively sent to bronchial arteries and chemotherapeutics was done.Then the changes of tumors was observed.Results In 15 patients,two were complete relief,eight were partial relief,three were stable,two were progressive.The symptoms of cough,chest pain,hemoptysis and pleural fluid were differently relieved.Conclusions Bronchial artery infusion for treating lung cancer is less harmed and gained the good results.
