摘要
本文报道了我片蒲公英（TaraxacumasiaticumDahlst）的核型公式为K（2n）=4x=32m（4SAT），核型为"1B'型，核型不对称系数为54．83％，染色体相对长度组成为2n=32=8L+M2+8M1+8S，染色体总长度为21．83μm。
The present paper deals with cytologial study on Taraxacztm asiaticumDahlst. The number of chromosomes in root-tips of seedings has been found to be 2n=32,the karyotype formula of T. asiaticum is K(2n)=4x=32m (4SAT) and be long to 'IB' ofstebbins karyotype symmetry. The species chromosome composition of relatine length is 2n=32=8L＋8M2＋8M1＋8S, The totoal length of the chromosome is 21. 83um.
