摘要
介绍了重油催化裂化装置分馏塔结盐的在线处理方法,分析了结盐的原因。工业生产实践证明,分馏塔塔盘结盐在线水洗效果明显,解决了分馏塔塔盘结盐对装置运行的不良影响,有利于重油催化裂化装置的长周期安全生产,有利于提高炼油厂的经济效益。
The on-line processing of salt coagulation in fractioning column of RFCC is introduced, and the reason of salt coagulation is analyzed. The industrial production has proved that the removal effect on salt coagulation in fractioning column is obvious by online washing method. In this way, the adverse effect of salt coagulation on the tray of fractioning column is so resolved, it is favorable in long-period safety in production for catalytic cracking unit and in advancing the economic benefit of refinery.
