基于C8051F040的CAN-COM转换器设计

摘要 针对CAN总线应用中的一些问题,提出了一种新的CAN-COM转换的应用解决方案。选用C8051F040单片机为主要控制器,在分析、理解嵌入式单片机C8051F040内嵌的CAN模块的特点和工作环境要求的基础上,为充分、有效、合理地利用其对CAN总线网络进行数据传输和管理,设计了基于C8051F040的CAN控制器的硬件电路,并在KeilC51uVsion3的编程环境下,利用C语言设计了相应的总线数据接收、发送和管理程序,并对主要控制程序做了分析说明。通过试验测试,对该方案的特性做了具体分析,结果表明:设计原理简单,转换可靠性高,转换模块操作简单。 Characteristics and disadvantages of the CAN bus were discussed and its applications were analyzed.The solution to the problems of the CAN bus was offered hereafter.The C8051F040 was chosen as the controller,and the CAN controller embedded in C8051F04 was analyzed.In order to take full advantage of C8051F040 to convey and manage the data,the hardware circuit was designed with C8051F040.And under the circumstance of the Keil C51 uVsion3,the software for CAN data receiving,sending, managing was programmed by C language.The main controlling programs were explained in detail.At last,the conversion interface was analyzed by tests and experiments.Results showed that the design philosophy was straight-forward,the conversion was highly reliable and the conversion module could be easily operated.
