摘要
目的探讨外伤性膀胱破裂的诊断和治疗方法,提高对膀胱破裂的认识。方法回顾性分析42例外伤性膀胱破裂的发生原因及治疗效果。结果42例膀胱破裂患者在明确诊断后,根据不同情况采用手术或非手术方法进行治疗,40例治愈出院,2例因复合伤损伤严重术后死亡。结论外伤性膀胱破裂应及时明确诊断,防止被其他脏器损伤所掩盖而漏诊。防治休克,及时手术,抗感染和畅通引流是治疗外伤性膀胱破裂的关键。
Objective To investigate the methods of diagnosis and treatment of traumatic bladder rupture. Methods 42 patients of traumatic bladder rupture were retrospectively analyzed. Results According to different situations, 42 cases of bladder rupture in patients with a clear diagnosis were treated with surgical or non-surgical methods. 40 eases were cured and discharged and 2 cases of death after surgery for serious combined injuries. Conclusion Traumatic bladder rupture should be diagnosed promptly, avoid to be overshadowed by other organ damage and missed. Prevention and control shock, timely surgery, anti-inflammatory and smooth flow of drainage are keys in treatment of traumatic bladder rupture.
