摘要
目的比较福建黄兔与新西兰白兔血液生理生化指标的差异,为福建黄兔的实验动物化研究提供参考。方法20只福建黄兔和18只新西兰白兔,体重约2.0 kg,雌雄各半,普通环境饲养,实验前禁食12 h,清醒状态下采血,分别测定24项血液生化指标和20项血液生理指标。结果福建黄兔与新西兰白兔的淋巴细胞数量、嗜中性白细胞百分比、淋巴细胞百分比、嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、平均血小板体积、球蛋白、总胆红素、间接胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、高密度脂蛋白、白球比例、甘油三酯、肌酸激酶同工酶差异非常显著(P<0.01);嗜中性白细胞数量、嗜碱粒细胞数量、血红蛋白浓度、平均血红蛋白浓度、谷氨酰转肽酶、尿素氮、尿素氮肌酐比、谷草转氨酶、葡萄糖、尿酸差异显著(P<0.05);其余指标两者差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论福建黄兔与新西兰白兔的生物学特性存在一定的异同。
Objective To compare the differences of blood physiological and biochemical indexes between Fujian yellow rabbits and New Zealand white rabbits, and to provide reference for experimental animalization of Fujian yellow rabbits. Methods 20 Fujian yellow rabbits and 18 New Zealand white rabbits were reared under conventional environment, and fasting for 12 hours. Blood sample was collected in conscious state, and 20 blood physiological indexes and 24 blood biochemical indexes were determined. Results There were significant differences in the number and percentage of lymphocytes, percentage of leucocyte neutrophil and eosinophile granuloeyte, mean platelet volume, globulin, total bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, alkali phosphatase, high-density lipoproteins, albumin and globulin ratio, triglyeride and creatine kinase isoenzyme between Fujian yellow rabbits and New Zealand white rabbits （P〈0.01）. There were significant differences in the number of leucocyte neutrophil and basophilic cell, hemoglobin concentration, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, glutamyl transpeptidase, urea nitrogen, urea nitrogen and creatinine ratio, glutamic-oxal （o） acetic transaminase, glucose and uric acid （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are some differences in the biological characteristic between Fujian yellow rabbits and New Zealand white rabbits.
